International Shipping - UPS

ReSource fully supports the rating of UPS International shipments. To obtain customs documentation and labels, you must separately process UPS International packages directly in UPS Worldship.

Process UPS International Packages

Processing them requires these external extra steps

1. Input the Country Name, weight Dims, EAS applicability, Duties applicability, postal code ranges as normal

2. Select the service desired

3. Enter the address

4. Click Process

5. An ENTER TRACKING NUMBER BOX appears

6. Switch over to the UPS Worldship program (using ALT-TAB, or by clicking the UPS icon on your task bar...)

7. Enter 1-3 again in UPS Worldship

8. Click Process

9. An international customs document wizard starts running. Follow the on screen prompts to create customs docs and necessary labels

10. Label(s) will result

11. Switch back to ReSource, enter the tracking number into the box in #5

12. Click OK.

13. The rating process will resume in ReSource, resulting in a retail price back to POS, and a tracking number printed on the customers receipt.
