Package Lookup

The Package Lookup screen records all packages processed through the shipping screen, regardless of Carrier.  It is useful to lookup package details in case of customer inquiries.

To access the customer lookup screen, click REPORTING | Package Lookup

Sorting Package Lookup Information

As with other ReSource lookup screens, the information is sorted into columns.  The column headers are sort buttons.  Click on them to sort by that criteria.

Searching Package Lookup

Once sorted, you can enter the first few letters of what you are searching for.  The system will drill downwards to that section of information.

For example, Bill Smith shipped to his granddaughter Jane Doe.  To find a prior package, you would:

• Open Package Lookup

• Click Consignee button

• Type J-A-N-E.  The system will sort down to all shipments to consignees whose first name was Jane.

• Double click to select the specific package record you are needing to view

This will work especially well when you only know the Date, or the ZIP code to which the shipment was sent

Viewing Package Lookup Records

When you find the specific record you need, double click on it.  The following screen will appear, containing all the information recorded about this shipment.
