Printable Postage Installation Steps

ReSource PartnerÔ interfaces with Endicia's Printable Postage product to produce bar-coded USPS postage labels in your store. You must do the following steps to use Printable Postage:

Sign up for an Endicia Account
Download their Printable Postage software
Install and configure Printable Postage on each machine you wish to use to print postage (you will have one account number, but multiple installations)
Configure ReSource PartnerÔ to use Printable Postage, using the steps below.

Important Note About Required Printers: You must purchase a Dymo Label Writer 400 or Dymo Label Writer Twin Turbo printer to use Printable Postage. You must install and configure the printer prior to proceeding with installing Printable Postage. Contact ReSource for more information.

Endicia Account Sign-Up

Go to www.endicia.com, click Premium, then click Sign Up.
Click Start, Fill in the Customer Information and follow the on screen prompts to set your Internet Password (such as your resource account number) and a Initial Pass Phrase that is easy to remember.
Select Premium Service and complete the Billing Information. Premium Service is required to use Dazzle with ReSource.
Wait until you receive your account information to the e-mail address you used.

Dymo Printer Installation

Please use these steps to install your Dymo Printer:

Unpack the printer and plug in the power cord only.
Insert Dymo CD that comes with the printer
Installation program will begin running automatically. Follow the on screen prompts
When prompted, plug the Dymo printer cable into the USB ports on your computer and the printer.
Installation process will continue. Follow the on screen prompts.
Installing labels can be challenging. Click here for a label loading procedure

IMPORTANT: When installing, do not plug in the printer USB cord until you are prompted

Printable Postage Installation

With your account information in hand go back to www.endicia.com and click downloads in the upper right hand corner of the screen. On the next screen you will need to enter your new account number. On the next screen scroll to the bottom and click on the ”r;Download Now” button. Save the program to your computer in a location you can find later, such as the Desktop or My Documents. Note: If you are already using Dazzle and you do not know you’re Endicia Account Number and/or Pass Phrase: Open Dazzle, click Postage, Account Setup. Write down your Account Number and Pass Phrase (you may need to put a check in Make Pass Phrase Visible). Close Dazzle.

When the download is complete, go to the location you saved the file and double click the file and follow on screen prompts with all the defaults to install.

Open Printable Postage. Enter your Account Number and Pass Phrase when prompted.
