• On your Server system, click FILE | Program Setup | Shipping Setup

• Click Print Options

• Check Print USPS Numbers On POS Receipts

• Click SAVE | Done

ReSource offers  a shipping report entitled USPS Firm Book PS 3877, which can be accessed via the Shipping Screen, Reports, then report title USPS Firm Book… then choose the appropriate record selection options, then click launch

This information entered will print the daily transactions on the Accountable Mail Report, which is a reproduction of USPS PS Form 3877 (Firm Mailing Book). Local postmasters have jurisdiction to accept

this report in lieu of PS Form 3877, you reduce errors and improve legibility by scanning in the transactions when they occur. When signed and date stamped by a USPS employee, this form is maintained by the

account holder as evidence of shipment.
